Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia (Czech Republic), Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

  • Shipping costs applies during checkout.
  • Rates are calculated based on size, weight, and destination.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes imposed by their country.

Carriers & Tracking

Mostly we cooperate with GLS, DPD, Geis, DSV (Schenker) or FedEx.
  • All orders are tracked online
  • Tracking numbers are provided once your order has shipped.

Processing & Delivery Times

Products that are “On Stock” are typically processed within 1-5 business days.

Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and carrier.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take full-responsibility for all packages sent to our customers. Should there be a lost or stolen package, we will do our best to retrieve it, and will offer you a replacement as a worst case.

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, contact the carrier first before reaching out to us
